de seguradoras em temas complexos envolvendo cobertura securit\u00e1ria, incluindo, mas n\u00e3o se limitando, \u00e0 regula\u00e7\u00e3o de sinistros de grandes riscos nos ramos de Responsabilidade Civil Geral (RCG), Errors and Omissions (E&amp;O) e Directors and Officers (D&amp;O).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simone possui mais de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia na \u00e1rea c\u00edvel, constru\u00edda no jur\u00eddico interno de seguradoras, prestando assessoria jur\u00eddica \u00e0s \u00e1reas de sinistro, produto e subscri\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como em escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia especializados e de refer\u00eancia no mercado segurador brasileiro, atuando tanto no contencioso quanto no consultivo c\u00edvel. \u00c9 p\u00f3s-graduada em Direito Civil pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie e cursa p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Direito dos Contratos pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas (FGV). \u00c9 certificada como Corretora de Seguros pela Escola
