Pedro is a senior associate at the CAR office in São Paulo, focusing on insurance law.

Pedro’s practice focuses on regulation of E&O and D&O civil liability claims; analysis and preparation of contracts, reports, and extrajudicial notifications. He also has experience in strategic civil litigation.

Pedro graduated at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He is currently studying for LLM in Business Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

He is a native portuguese speaker and fluent in english.
