Laís is an associate at the CAR office in São Paulo.

She holds a degree from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and an Executive MBA in Law: Management and Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), as well as a specialisation in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law from the São Paulo Law School (EPD), and an Executive Course in Competitive Project Management from the State University of New York (SUNY).

Specialising in Civil and Procedural Law, Laís focuses her practice on Strategic Civil Litigation, with a focus on the field of Insurance Law. Her expertise includes analysing and monitoring judicial and administrative processes, conducting hearings, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice to companies, preparing billing and analytical reports, analysing indicators, processes, and results, as well as conducting audits.
